Twenty-five years in the same town, 1,398 students, and one rule.
In 2001 an agency told us to leave something off our own visa application — to keep quiet and hope nobody checked. We did not, we sorted it ourselves, and we flew to Cairns in January that year.
Australia Best Study came out of that. The rule is simple: we tell you the thing the brochure leaves out. The price on the page. The course that is wrong for you. The refusal risk in your application. The fact that Cairns is small. If we only ever told people what they wanted to hear, we would have been much larger and much less useful.
We are an education agency, not a migration agent. Schools pay us; you do not. When a case needs a registered migration agent, it goes to a MARA agent here in Cairns, and we say so out loud.
